The Healthcare Practice is led by Emily Scott and Stephen Majors. Emily and Stephen are supported by a team of professionals experienced in the dynamics of the healthcare industry and the complex challenges faced by healthcare executives.

Emily Scott, Managing Director

Emily oversees a team of consultants and researchers that has delivered over 150 healthcare projects to our clients in the last 4 years, providing support to hundreds of executives in the industry. With experience in all elements of the market entry and expansion lifecycle, Emily will continue to support the firm’s healthcare clients in the complex market access challenges they face. Previously, Emily led the emerging markets practice at Whitman Strategies, a market research firm. Prior to that, she was an analyst at the RAND Corporation, where she focused on counter-terrorism initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa for the Department of Homeland Security. Emily holds a B.A. in International Relations from Yale University, and a M.A. in War Studies from King’s College London.

Stephen Majors, Director

Stephen will partner with healthcare clients across the full range of practice offerings, from business development through delivery. Stephen will leverage his broad industry knowledge, expertise in FSG’s solutions, and understanding of macro forces to diagnose client challenges and deliver tailored solutions. Prior to FSG, Stephen worked for seven years at Eurasia Group, where he led the firm’s business development/client services efforts for the healthcare sector. He previously worked as an Associated Press journalist covering state politics and policy, including healthcare, in Florida and Ohio. Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Maryland.
